Crochet patterns

The basket weave stitch is an unusual pattern which is one of the sturdier ones and is ideal for crocheting winter accessories. This pattern is worked using double crochet, front post double crochet and back post double crochet stitch.

What makes this pattern interesting is that the holes look as though they have been cut out.

For this example, I used Tulip Big yarn and a size 7 crochet hook

It is a simple pattern consisting of single and double crochet stitch. You can use any number of stitches, just the number must be divisible by two. You can use this pattern to make a lovely jumper, cardigan, scarf or even a hat.

This beautiful pattern is crocheted using double crochet and raised double crochet stitches. For this example, I have chosen 'Vlna Hep – Tulip Color' acrylic yarn and a size 5 crochet hook.

This is a dense stitch and will be great for making warm accessories, such as hat or scarves.
